This is identified as a putative Kumlien’s Gull due to the fact that there is subtle dark shading on the outer webs of p6-p10, a faint 'ghost mirror' on P10 and the faint dark shading on p6-p9 reach the primary tips.
However, the ID is to be considered tentative as the criteria for Kumlien’s Gull in Europe are being discussed at present. The need to clarify the ID characters has become a must following this winters massive occurrence of white-winged gull on this side of the Atlantic including classic Kumlien’s and Iceland Gulls, but also several types of what people believe is dark-pigmented glaucoides-types rather than true Kumlien’s Gulls.
